We as an agency understand how important it is to really listen to your requirements. We will not ‘rush’ you into a position, we will always discuss the job details fully with you and assess your suitability to the role before putting you forward to a client.
Due to our experience and knowledge of the industry, we are able to help you find a position that will suit your experience, skills and lifestyle.

Candidate Criteria

Before you contact us please note that:

  • You must be legally entitled to work in the UK with the correct passport or visa;
  • You must have relevant experience to the position you are applying for;
  • You must provide us with at least 2 employment references (both must be for UK positions and one reference must be your most recent position). These references will verbally contacted upon your consent;
  • You must hold or be willing to obtain a DBS Certificate (police check) if required by the employer;
  • All candidates must be able to participate in a face to face interview with us at our Farnham office.

Registration Process
If you meet the above criteria we will then arrange an interview at our office in Farnham, Surrey.

Your Face To Face Interview With Us
Please bring along your passport/visa, and two other forms of ID showing your name and current address. Please also bring written references, driving licence, First Aid Certificate, DBS Certificate and other certificate/qualification documentation if you have them.
We will require contact details of at least 2 employment references (one for your most recent position).
Please allow approximately 1 hour for the interview where we will discuss your work history, skills and experience.

If you are successful at interview we will then put you forward for suitable positions.

If you are unable to attend an interview with us during normal office hours, we try to be flexible and arrange an evening/weekend appointment with you.

Your Interview With The Employer
Following your interview with us, the employer will conduct an interview with you themselves. In this case we will arrange the interview on your behalf and inform you of any paperwork you need to take with you.
Please allow plenty of time to get to your appointment and arrive at the agreed time. Remember it is better to get to the area location early and go for a coffee rather than arrive late.
We suggest preparing a list of questions to take with you.
After your interview please inform us as to how you got on.
